WINGFOIL TEST AGREEMENT

Thank you for your interest in testing (wing)foil equipment at the Armstrong stand. Before you begin, please read and sign the agreement below.

1. TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

- Testing is free of charge upon presentation of a valid test card.

- All use of equipment is at your own risk.

- You agree to handle the equipment responsibly and with care.

- You must be 18 years or older to participate, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. DAMAGE & LIABILITY

While we encourage you to enjoy the test experience, damage to equipment must be covered by the tester.

In case of damage, the following charges apply:

- Board damage: €150 (per incident)

- Wing damage: €150 (per panel)

- Foil damage: €50

These costs must be paid on the spot via:

- Cash

- PayPal

- Bank transfer

By signing below, you accept personal responsibility for any damage caused during testing and agree to pay the applicable repair/replacement fees.

3. CONSENT & SIGNATURE

I confirm that I have read and understood the terms above. I agree to participate under these conditions and take full responsibility for any damage I may cause during testing.
